SHIPPING INFORMATION|

This shop will ship to the address you provide at time of checkout. PLEASE be sure to give me the correct address. Swell Love is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly supplied addresses.

All items are made by hand, therefore after you place your order please allow 2-4 days for the item to be built and then add shipping time.  Items ship USPS First Class with tracking information and delivery within 2-5 business days.  

Swell Love is not responsible for lost packages; I will provide you with proof of shipment if necessary. If you would like your purchase to be insured, please contact me before paying so that we can adjust the invoice.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES|

I  hand make and shape each loop and swoop of the jewelry at Swell Love. I try my best to accurately describe and photograph my pieces. Because of the nature of handmade product and natural gemstones, items can vary in appearance.  Swell Love would gladly accept returned items within 30 days of receiving your purchase.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions.  Contact me here.
